It is not possible to have every brand of every item on the shelves. However, orders for bulk and cartons are available. A deposit is required with each order. Orders will only be taken in store. Select from Orgran, F.G. Roberts, Well and Good, Jo Jo’s, Red Mill, Simply Wize, Celebrate health, naturally Gluten Free, Health Wise.
Cake Mixes: sponge, chocolate, mudcake, carrot cake, plum cake, lemon and coconut to name a few.
Pancake Mixes: apple cinnamon, coconut, plain, berry, buckwheat, buttermilk.
Biscuits Mixes and Slices: brownies, cookies. More are available on special order.
Crumbs and Batters: corn crumbs, rice crumbs, batter mixes (also available in bulk).
Miscellaneous Pre-mixes: quiche, gravy powders, custard powders, egg replacements, seasoned coatings for fish and chicken.
Muffin Mixes: chocolate, lemon, apple cinnamon, wattle seed and macadamia nut, lemon myrtle and macadamia.
Pre blended plain and self raising flour: select from 5 brands. Bulk flour is available on special order from in store only. A deposit is required.
Bread Mixes: Prices range from $6.00 to $12.00.
