In the Freezer Slices and Tarts

Pre-made Tarts: lemon-passion fruit, caramel, neeshi.

Pre-made Slices: raspberry- coconut, rum and raisin, fruit.

Four Nut Slice: A grade chocolate mixed with coconut, almonds, hazelnut. Available in milk chocolate dark chocolate and white chocolate. People can select all four nuts or one, two or their of their choice. Slices can be served in mini cup cake papers or in slice format. Min. Order. $15.00 for a tray of 12 mini cupcake papers. Two days notice and a deposit is required. Orders are taken in store only.

Other Chocolate Slices: decadent fruit and nut slices. These can also be served in mini cupcake papers. Made to suit your taste. Order are taken in store only. A deposit and 2 days notice is required.

Fruit Selection: glazed cherries, apricot, sultanas, pitted prunes, mixed fruit. If fruit is required to be soaked in sherry or port, 7 days notice is required.

Nut Selection: coconut, almonds, hazelnut, macadamia. Have plain fruit or fruit and nut selection. min. Order $20 for a tray of 12 cupcake sizes.
