Unique to Our Store:

Flavoured Whipped Creams. Order your cream two days before. Use for pavlovas, pavlova nests, cakes, trifles, sweet pastries with fillings. Your imagination is your limitation! These creams are NOT diabetic friendly and contain dairy .We are working on dairy free versions.

Available Favours: chocolate, carob, vanilla, cinnamon, strawberry, raspberry, lemon, lime, orange, blueberry, passionfruit. Cost $6.00 per tub. One tub can cover the top and centre of a standard sponge cake. Life span: three days in the fridge and two weeks in the freezer.

Alcoholic Flavours: Chardonay, Port, Sherry. $10.00. Bring in your own alcohol to save costs. Save $2.00 per tub. Life span: two days in the fridge and one week in the freezer. Also on special order are alcoholic jelly. Available Favours: Chardonay, Port, Sherry. Cost per 200ml serve is $4.40. Minimum order is six serves. Bring in your own alcohol (any flavour) and save $1.00 per serve. One 750ml bottle makes 9 serves.

NB. Do not drink and drive. Correction: Sorry, Do not eat and drive. We are very serious. You will be over the limit!

Large special order for functions and special events of individual cakes and packs for slices and tarts require a deposit and one week notice. Some require two weeks notice.

House speciality, great for big kids and small: marshmallow dessert. (contains coconut). Please advise if there is a nut allergy as it can be substituted for seeds).
